Welcome to our hockey organization. By registering for any of our camps, tournaments, showcases, or team events, players and parents agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

* Full payment or deposit is required to secure a player’s spot.
* Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.
* Spots are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. No Refund Policy

* All payments are non-refundable.
* If a player cannot attend an event, the registration fee may be transferred to another event organized by our organization.
* Transfers are allowed a maximum of two (2) times per registration.
* Transfers must be requested in writing before the event starts.
* No credits or transfers will be issued after the event has begun.

3. Player Level & Team Placement

* Our tournaments and teams compete at AA and AAA levels.
* Players and parents are responsible for honestly evaluating the player’s skill level before registering.
* Coaches and staff reserve the right to evaluate all players during practices, games, and events.
* If a player is determined not to meet the required level for a team or tournament, the organization may:
    * reduce playing time,
    * move the player to another lineup if possible,
    * or remove/sit the player for competitive and safety reasons.
* No refunds or compensation will be provided in such situations.

4. Code of Conduct

Players, parents, and spectators must show respect toward:

* coaches,
* referees,
* teammates,
* opponents,
* staff,
* and facilities.

The following behavior will not be tolerated:

* abusive language,
* bullying,
* fighting outside normal gameplay,
* discrimination,
* harassment,
* damage to property,
* or unsportsmanlike conduct.

The organization reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator from an event without refund.

5. Attendance & Commitment

* Players are expected to arrive on time for all games, practices, meetings, and team activities.
* Repeated lateness or unexcused absences may affect ice time or roster status.
* Players must notify staff in advance if they cannot attend.

6. Equipment & Safety

* Players are responsible for bringing complete and properly fitted hockey equipment.
* Certified helmets, neck guards (if required by tournament rules), and full protective gear must be worn at all times on the ice.
* The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Medical & Injury Responsibility

* Participation is at the player’s own risk.
* Parents/guardians confirm that the player is physically able to participate in hockey activities.
* The organization may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
* Any medical costs are the responsibility of the player/parent.

8. Media Release

* By participating, players and parents grant permission for photos and videos taken during events to be used for:
    * social media,
    * marketing,
    * website content,
    * promotional materials.

9. Schedule Changes

* The organization reserves the right to:
    * change schedules,
    * adjust teams,
    * replace coaches,
    * change venues,
    * or cancel events if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Final Decision

* All decisions made by coaches, tournament directors, and organization staff are final
